We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If within 30 days after signup for our web development services,  you decide that our over-all customer services do not live up to your expectations, we will refund you the prepaid fees, excluding service fees to cover jobs that have already been completed and delivered. 

This 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to orders for Hosting Plan Services and Domain Name Registrations.  These are processed immediately upon receipt and are forwarded without delay to third-party providers. As we cannot guarantee other providers' performance, we regrettably cannot extend our guarantees to their service package offerings.
