Helpdesk Analyst

Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience in a Desktop Support or Help Desk environment, with exposure to the
  • Microsoft NT/2000 environment, and Microsoft tools such as Microsoft Office, Project and Visio
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and equipment an advantage
  • Exposure to the Internet and Internet-based tools such as FTP, Chat, Email, etc
  • Systems development experience an advantage
  • Windows 95/98/NT/2000 Desktop Operating System and tools
  • Understanding of PC hardware components and functions
  • Basic concepts of Local and Wide Area Networking (LAN/WAN)
  • Understanding of the Internet and Internet-based tools
  • Basic telephony
  • Willing to work on shift
