Helpdesk Analyst
Qualifications:
1 year experience in a Desktop Support or Help Desk environment, with exposure to the
Microsoft NT/2000 environment, and Microsoft tools such as Microsoft Office, Project and Visio
Familiarity with networking concepts and equipment an advantage
Exposure to the Internet and Internet-based tools such as FTP, Chat, Email, etc
Systems development experience an advantage
Windows 95/98/NT/2000 Desktop Operating System and tools
Understanding of PC hardware components and functions
Basic concepts of Local and Wide Area Networking (LAN/WAN)
Understanding of the Internet and Internet-based tools
Basic telephony
Willing to work on shift
