Business Development Manager

Responsible for high-level sales support focusing on larger strategic deals where we need to customize our selling approach

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Discuss client specific business development strategies with the sales team in preparation of a prospect visit or presentation
  • Prepare customized and creative PowerPoint presentations in support of the sales team
  • Strategize with corporate marketing and ensure consistency and compliance with marketing guidelines
  • Assist with PeopleSupport proposals
  • Handle coordination of all site visits
  • Conduct site tours with assistance from Account Mgmt. and Sale
  • Build and keep the PeopleSupport presentation central library
  • Track the competition and gain strong understanding of Philippine BPO industry
  • Process mapping - Understands PeopleSupport processes and can map them out
  • Design preliminary migration plans for large strategic deals
  • Analyze call center and sales/marketing projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/marketing or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • In-depth experience, writing client presentations
  • Excellent computer skills using MS Office
  • Highly proficient skills using PowerPoint
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and priority-setting skills
  • Acute sense of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Team player
  • Can work shifting schedules
  • Can work extended hours
